I can’t access my website. What happened?

There can be various explanations for why you cannot access your website. Reasons can be, for example:

– Repeatedly entering an incorrect password

– Unstable internet connection

– Repeatedly accessing non-existent URLs.

In these cases, your IP address will be blocked for 24 hours for security reasons. Simply check via your smartphone with mobile data (not WLAN) whether you can access your website via this. If this is the case, you can assume that your IP address has been blocked for a short time. This means that only you cannot access your website via this IP address. Other users can still view and use your site normally.

Your IP address will automatically be unblocked again after 24 hours. However, you can also speed up the process by disconnecting your router from the power supply, i.e. switching it on and off again.
