Can the domain be changed subsequently?

Once the domain has been registered, it is unfortunately not possible to change it easily. The background: When a customer has chosen a domain, an email is triggered to our provider and the domain is configured accordingly on the server. This domain is then booked and paid for 12 months.

The good news is: We can offer you to apply for a new domain for 29.00 € net. This amount includes the costs for the new domain and a processing fee. After receipt of payment, we will activate the button „Choose domain“ in the member area. If you would like to do this, please send us a short confirmation to team@oneclickbusiness.com and let us know your current domain name and your complete address.
